Beyond the pool, a thoughtfully landscaped fire pit area offers another place to spend time together. Settle into the chairs around the gas fire pit for an evening of conversation, or take a seat on the outdoor swing overlooking the rugged landscape. Natural boulders, desert plantings, and softly illuminated pathways give the grounds a distinctly Joshua Tree character.

A covered patio beside the house provides shade for outdoor meals and relaxed afternoons, while the surrounding 5.68 acres create a sense of openness and privacy. Whether you're spending a full day outside or returning from an adventure in the national park, the setting encourages you to slow down and enjoy the view.

-Living Area-
The living room feels bright, open, and connected to its surroundings. High vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a dramatic wall of windows bring in abundant daylight and showcase the desert landscape from nearly every seat.

A large sectional sofa anchors the room, offering plenty of space to stretch out, catch up with friends, or unwind together. Earth-toned finishes, natural textures, and understated furnishings keep the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming without competing with the scenery outside.

The living room fireplace adds architectural character but is decorative and non-operational.

-Kitchen and Dining-
Gatherwell's spacious kitchen makes cooking and entertaining part of the experience. Natural wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a generous center island provide ample room for preparing meals together. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for morning coffee, a quick snack, or conversation while dinner comes together.

The dedicated dining area seats ten, making it especially well suited to family meals and evenings with friends. With plenty of seating and a kitchen designed for sharing the work, it's easy to turn an ordinary dinner into a leisurely evening together.

For meals outside, the covered patio offers another welcoming place to gather while enjoying the fresh desert air.

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
Gatherwell offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a layout that gives families and groups of friends comfortable spaces of their own.

The primary suite features a king-size four-poster bed, soft neutral furnishings, and windows overlooking the surrounding desert. Its spacious ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, soaking tub, and large shower, creating a relaxing place to begin or end the day. A decorative fireplace adds warmth to the room's appearance but is non-operational.

The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, along with a couch that offers additional sleeping space. This arrangement works especially well for couples or family members who appreciate having their own bathroom.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and its own couch, providing another comfortable retreat. A third full bathroom serves this bedroom and the shared living spaces.

With two king suites, a queen bedroom, and flexible couch seating, the home accommodates up to eight guests.

-Game Room and Gym-
When it's time for a change of pace, Gatherwell offers dedicated spaces for recreation and exercise.

The game room features a pool table, making it an easy destination for a little friendly competition after dinner or a relaxed afternoon indoors. Nearby, the private gym is equipped with a Peloton and weights, so guests can keep up their fitness routines while away.

Together, these spaces give the home an added dimension beyond its pool and outdoor amenities, particularly for families and friends planning to spend plenty of time enjoying the property itself.
