Please also note our house rules regarding parties and noise before booking: This is not a party house. The home is located in a quiet, noise-sensitive neighborhood, and guests are expected to keep noise to a respectful level throughout their stay. Outdoor speakers and amplified music are not permitted at any time. The home is intended for guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the National Park. Excessive noise or violations of our noise policy may result in fines and the termination of your reservation without refund.

Welcome to Desert Sunsets Wellness Villa, an elevated Yucca Valley oasis created for wellness, relaxation and memorable time together. The home’s Spanish-inspired architecture, terracotta floors, warm textures and thoughtfully curated décor give it the intimate character of a private boutique resort. Eight dramatic arched windows fill the soaring great room with natural light while framing sweeping views across the valley and surrounding mountains. Spacious gathering areas flow naturally between the living room, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, giving groups plenty of room to connect without sacrificing comfort or privacy. An expansive pool and lounge deck overlook the desert valley and distant mountains, creating a beautiful setting for sunny afternoons, unhurried conversations and sunset cocktails. The dedicated wellness amenities include a barrel sauna, hot tub and steam room, making it easy to create your own private spa experience. Shaded lounge areas provide comfortable places to relax throughout the day, while outdoor dining and seating invite leisurely meals surrounded by the desert landscape.

As evening settles over the valley, gather around the firepit, watch the mountains change color and enjoy the wide-open sky. The villa’s elevated setting offers memorable sunsets, peaceful evenings and spectacular stargazing.

The great room is bright, spacious and visually striking, with soaring ceilings and eight arched windows that frame the surrounding landscape. Natural light pours into the space throughout the day, highlighting the terracotta floors, warm materials and thoughtfully selected furnishings. Comfortable group seating makes the living area equally suited to slow mornings, relaxed afternoons and cozy evenings after exploring Joshua Tree. Its open layout connects naturally to the dining area and kitchen while keeping the remarkable desert views at the center of the experience.

Tucked away from the villa’s bright main living spaces, the stylish speakeasy offers a moodier setting for evening entertainment. The room features a pool table, curated bar area, ambient lighting and comfortable seating. It is an inviting place for friendly games, cocktails, photos and late-night conversations while remaining indoors and respectful of the quiet neighborhood.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, appliances and everyday essentials for preparing meals throughout your stay. Its open connection to the dining and living areas allows everyone to remain part of the conversation, whether cooking together, setting the table or relaxing nearby. The dining area is ideal for shared breakfasts, celebratory dinners and group meals. An outdoor dining space provides another beautiful option when the desert weather invites you outside.

-Bedrooms & Bathrooms-
The villa’s bedrooms are designed as comfortable private retreats, with warm styling, premium linens and a calm atmosphere for resting after a day in the desert. The spacious primary suite includes its own en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide welcoming accommodations for families and groups. The home accommodates no more than 10 overnight guests.

The villa offers a private hilltop setting while remaining only minutes from Yucca Valley’s shops, restaurants and everyday conveniences. Downtown Joshua Tree and Joshua Tree National Park are also within easy reach, making the property a convenient base for hiking, climbing, scenic drives and exploring the park’s otherworldly landscape. Nearby Pioneertown offers Old West character, live music and destination dining. Palm Springs is close enough for a day of restaurants, shopping and midcentury architecture before returning to the quiet of the high desert.

-Quiet Hours and House Rules-
As a reminder, please review the home’s noise rules carefully before booking. This is not a party house. The villa is located in a quiet, noise-sensitive neighborhood, and quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. The property is intended for guests who want to enjoy the tranquility of the desert and Joshua Tree National Park.

Excessive noise may result in fines and termination of the reservation without a refund. No more than 10 guests may stay at the property overnight.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of indoor smoking.

-Wellness Amenities-
Please review the provided operating and safety guidelines before using the pool, hot tub, barrel sauna or steam room. Children must be supervised around these amenities at all times. Routine pool and landscaping service may occur during longer stays. Service personnel will access the outdoor areas directly and will not enter the home.

-Wildlife and Safety-
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.

Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
