Nestled on 5 sprawling acres, this freshly remodeled home has all the comforts you'll need, and all the peace and quiet you desire. -Location- Pipes Canyon is renowned for its stunning vistas adorned with the iconic Joshua Trees. As you approach the property, you'll immediately be captivated by the otherworldly beauty of this unique desert landscape. With its secluded location, you'll experience a level of privacy that's second to none, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. -The Home- Step inside our thoughtfully designed and recently renovated home, where modern comfort seamlessly blends with the rugged charm of the desert. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other, perfect for gathering with the whole family. The spacious living area features an impressive 80-inch TV for movie nights, and the home is full of board games for game night with friends and family. -Outdoor Delights- The outdoor spaces at Pipes Canyon Lookout are nothing short of spectacular. Gather around the fire pit under the vast desert sky, sharing stories and sipping on your favorite beverages as the stars twinkle above. For the ultimate relaxation, indulge in the rejuvenating hot tub, offering panoramic views of the surrounding desert landscape. Horseshoes, cornhole and giant jenga are all available for outdoor fun as well. Just a short hike away on the property, you'll find two "lookout" benches built on a hill, where guests can gather and soak in the sunsets together. -Stargazing Paradise- Prepare to be awestruck by the mesmerizing night sky. Please note that there is one closet in the hallway and a standalone storage container in the primary closet that are locked to guests that are being used for supplies for the rental. A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. -Hot Tub Service- The hot tub is serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard. -Dogs- Pipes Canyon Lookout welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed. -Local Experiences: Relax, Adventure, Connect- We’ve handpicked an incredible selection of local vendors to enhance your Joshua Tree stay, offering a mix of relaxation, adventure, and everything in between. Whether you’re seeking relaxation with sound baths, yoga sessions, meditation guides, in-home massages, facials, aromatherapy or the convenience of a personal chef of caterer, you'll find options to elevate your experience. For thrill-seekers, explore rock climbing adventures, dune buggy rides, or horseback riding. Other unique experiences include guided stargazing tours under the breathtaking desert sky or guided hikes accompanied by mini donkeys! All vendor details are available in our guidebook upon booking, making it easy to craft your ideal getaway. Many services can come directly to the house, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay! -Security Cameras- There are security cameras mounted by the front and back doors in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home. -Parking- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the carport and driveway. -Trash Service- The house shares a dumpster with the neighboring property. The dumpster is located at the top of the driveway. -Cleaning Fee- 100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners. -Damage Waiver Policy- Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver
