Surrounded by native desert landscape and tucked against a private hillside, the outdoor spaces are every bit as inviting as the home's interiors. The backyard features an in-ground pool overlooking expansive desert views, complete with lounge chairs, outdoor sofas, a traditional sauna, an outdoor soaking tub designed for cold plunges as well as a convenient full pool bathroom.

Outdoor dining makes it easy to enjoy meals beneath the open sky.

Enjoy a unique amenity with a 60 yard golf range, pitch shot.

In the front courtyard, unwind in the hot tub while enjoying panoramic desert views, gather around the fire pit after sunset or settle into one of several inviting seating areas to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

For one of the property's most memorable experiences, take the short walk to the hilltop pergola overlooking the surrounding landscape. It's the perfect place to begin the morning with coffee as the sun rises or end the evening beneath some of Southern California's clearest star-filled skies.

-Living Area-
The open-concept living space is bright, spacious and designed for gathering. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame expansive desert views while creating a seamless connection to the outdoor living areas. Sink into the comfortable leather sofas for movie nights on the large Smart TV or game nights with your friends and family.

Just beyond the living room, the entertainment area features a full-size pool table surrounded by a gallery wall of original artwork, creating a fun yet sophisticated space for friendly competition. Contemporary furnishings, curated décor and thoughtfully placed artwork give the home the feel of a modern desert gallery while remaining warm and inviting.

For additional sleeping accommodations, a queen air mattress is available in the living area, allowing the home to comfortably host one extra guest or provide flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

The home comfortably accommodates guests across two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the desert awaken around you. Contemporary furnishings, original artwork and abundant natural light create a relaxing retreat at the end of each day.The second bedroom offers a queen bed and provides direct access to the backyard, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities with ease.

The main house includes one full bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity with plenty of room for guests to prepare for the day. A second full bathroom is conveniently located outdoors near the pool, sauna and cold plunge, making it easy to enjoy the backyard amenities without returning inside.

Located in the heart of the High Desert, the home provides easy access to everything that makes the area such a sought-after destination. Spend the day exploring Joshua Tree National Park, where miles of hiking trails wind through towering rock formations, iconic Joshua Trees and breathtaking desert scenery. Whether you're chasing sunrise viewpoints, rock climbing or simply enjoying the peaceful landscape, the park offers unforgettable experiences year-round.

The nearby communities are known for their thriving art scene, local boutiques, vintage shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and weekly markets that celebrate the unique character of the desert. The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note that the cabinets above the refrigerator and the hallway closet are reserved for owner and housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.

Please note that the last 1.4 miles to the home is a dirt road, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are well maintained and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have some bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.

A personal vehicle is necessary; rideshare apps are not guaranteed in this area.

No fee to heat the hot tub!

-Pet Policy-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Desert Wildlife & Safety Tips-
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.

-Late Check Out-
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
