KOS - Kosen

Kosen House is a modern desert retreat perched on a hillside in Yucca Valley, where days revolve around a spectacular pool, mountain views, and your own private wellness circuit. Move between the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub, practice your swing on the golf range, or head indoors for a game of pool. With original artwork, thoughtful architecture, and wide-open desert surroundings, this is a place to play, recharge, and enjoy Joshua Tree at your own pace.

At Kosen House, the desert is part of the architecture. Expansive windows frame Joshua trees and distant mountains, while polished concrete floors, warm walnut cabinetry, and the homeowner's original artwork give the interiors a distinctly modern, creative character. The open layout makes it easy to spend time together, whether you're challenging friends to a game of billiards, preparing dinner, or settling into the leather sofas after a day outside.

What makes this home particularly special is how much there is to enjoy without leaving the property. The backyard is designed for swimming, wellness, and play, with a remarkable desert panorama stretching beyond the pool. A separate courtyard invites slower evenings around the fire pit and hot tub, while a hilltop pergola offers another perspective on the landscape.
