Guests will find both a Keurig and drip coffee maker available, with coffee pods, beans, and sugar provided so mornings can begin effortlessly. The dining space also features a bar area where guests can mix cocktails or pour a glass of wine before dinner. Outside, guests will find two separate outdoor dining areas - one beneath the illuminated pergola in the backyard and another on the front patio for peaceful morning meals. The entire home and property are yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that a few supply closets used for housekeeping and property supplies are locked and not accessible to guests.

A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around Palm Springs and exploring the surrounding desert communities. That said, rideshare apps, taxis, and public transportation are also available for getting around town.

-Palm Springs Vacation Rental Rules-
Palm Springs has a local vacation rental ordinance designed to preserve the quiet character of residential neighborhoods. All guests are required to follow the city’s regulations during their stay.

Booking Requirements
To comply with City of Palm Springs regulations, guests must complete the following within 48 hours of booking to avoid cancellation:
• Sign the rental agreement
• Provide a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest (must be 25+)
• Complete the guest registration form, including the full names of all guests
Please ensure these requirements are completed promptly after booking to secure your reservation.

Occupancy & Parking:
Overnight occupancy is limited to an absolute maximum of 8 overnight guests. The city does allow up to two additional minor children (age 12 or under) beyond the overnight occupancy limit. Parking is limited to one vehicle per bedroom. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas and may not block sidewalks, streets, or neighboring driveways.

Noise & Parties:
Palm Springs strictly enforces neighborhood noise regulations. Outdoor amplified music is not permitted at any time, and quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. During these hours, noise should be kept indoors at a respectful level. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The home is intended for peaceful stays with friends and family, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community at all times. Failure to follow city regulations may result in fines issued directly by the City of Palm Springs and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund.

-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Minimum 2 days pool heating required. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.

During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis.

-Pool Service-
The pool and hot tub are serviced TBA, approximately between 9am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

-Pet Policy-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

Palm Springs offers an incredible selection of experiences to enhance your stay, ranging from wellness and relaxation to outdoor adventure. Guests can enjoy in-home yoga sessions, guided meditation, private chefs, spa treatments, or massage services arranged directly at the house. For those seeking adventure, the surrounding desert offers hiking, horseback riding, Jeep tours, scenic bike rides, and the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway ride into the alpine wilderness of the San Jacinto Mountains. -Wildlife & Safety-
The desert landscape is home to a variety of wildlife and plants. While encounters are rare, guests may occasionally see animals such as coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, or other desert wildlife. Please keep a safe distance from any animals you may encounter and supervise children and pets while outdoors. The desert environment also contains cacti and other spiky plants that can cause injury if touched. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the natural desert environment and accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

-Security Camera-
For safety and security, there is a front-facing exterior camera monitoring the driveway and front entry area to observe vehicles and occupancy. There are no cameras facing any interior spaces or private outdoor areas.

-Damage Waiver Policy-
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver

-Late Check Out-
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
