If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.

Only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, just note that the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats. Once the hot tub is turned back off, the pool heating will resume.

Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.
-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
The pool and hot tub are serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.
-Dogs-
Luna Canpanula welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
- Firewood for Outdoor Fireplaces-

There are security cameras facing the outdoor areas (the driveway as well as one on the left and right sides of the home) for security and in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances and for insurance and liability purposes. These cameras are not monitored unless an event like a party or injury occurs. There are no security cameras inside or facing any private areas of the home, such as the pool area.

It was such a wonderful stay in such a beautiful house! The salt water pool was the highlight for our stay. We will be back!
This house is beautiful with amazing views. I think very spacious and great views. So far one of my favorite places to stay.
This place is worth every dollar! Not only is the property itself gorgeous but it is also surrounded by absolutely stunning mountain views. The hosts have thought of everything you could need from cookware to a speaker to plenty of linen. We could’ve stayed in the pool/hot tub from sunup to sundown. Joshua Tree being a short drive away did pull us away for a bit every day but when we got back “home” it was nearly as exciting as being in the park. 10/10, no notes.
