BACK PATIO - Saltwater Pool - inquire for pool heating. - Oversized Hot Tub - Sectional, Loveseat and 2 Chairs - Large Firepit - Outdoor Dining Table for 8 - 6 Loungers - Yoga Space on the side of the pool - 6 Yoga Mats provided – can recommend instructors that come to the house You have exclusive access to the property. There is plenty of parking. CHECK-IN: 4 PM CHECK OUT: 10 AM Inquire for early arrival or late departure. PETS Pre-screened pets are welcome for an additional nonrefundable fee of $100 per pet. They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, and out of the pool and hot tub. SPA HEATING – INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE POOL HEATING AVAILABLE 10am to 8pm If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September. Pool Heat Costs: Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy. Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. First day of heating is $300, Second day onward is $250 IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool. ● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. ● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. ● Children must be supervised at all times. ● Please avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa. We also have a skimmer behind the house if you need to get any bugs or leaves out during your stay. PROVIDED - All bathrooms have NATIVE Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Ms. Meyer’s Hand Soap (All Cruelty-Free Products) - One (1) Bath Towel and Pool Towel provided per guest. - Some trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper have been provided. For more, please visit one of our local markets. SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at the front door and yoga room for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns. CHECK OUT CHECKLIST - Load and run the dishwasher an hour before departing. Please clean anything that doesn't fit in washer. - Shut off fire pit propane tanks if used. - Throw away or take any food you brought to the house. - Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their homes. - Dispose of all trash - trash cans behind the house - Turn off all lights. - Lock all doors and windows. - Return keys to lockbox. The hot tub heat is included in your nightly price. If you would like to heat the pool please see the rates below. The propane is very expensive. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee. ◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: No dirt roads Cell phone coverage: Yes cell phone service Fenced yard: Not fully fenced Outdoor Surveillance: Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at the front door and yoga room for your safety and security. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee * Pet Fee $100 per pet - We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy.
