No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted.
