This was our second visit to this property, and it won't be our last. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped, and in excellent condition. It contains everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is simply outstanding, with unbroken views into the desert from the house and its grounds. You see rabbits, ground squirrels, and a variety of birds in the garden, and soaking in the hot tub at night while gazing at the stars never gets old. Pioneertown offers two places nearby for eating and drinking and Yucca Valley, only 15 minutes away, offers a wide variety of shopping and catering locations. Communication was always excellent, and instructions were clear and concise. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was great. House was clean and up to date. The location is OUTSTANDING!! If you are looking for remote peace this is it. Quiet, calm mornings with coffee on the patio watching the wildlife wake up. Only had one issue. The back yard is a little over grown with stickers. I know there is a preserved just beyond the back gate, but clearing the paths of stickers would help. Too many stickers if you bring a pet that runs around outside, especially having to pay an extra pet fee. The Bocce Ball court was not expected as it wasn’t in the listing. FYI the small ball was missing. Otherwise a great few days at the porch of wildness was great.
