Book now and experience the adventure of The Outlaw! 3000+ sq door renovated designer home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths in main house, 2 bedroom suites with separate entrances for 4 bedrooms, 4 baths total. Large 409 sq ft Ipe wood deck, with built-in hot tub, cowboy tub and seating with firepit. Sweeping views of undeveloped wilderness. Expansive unpolluted views of the stars. Surrounded by 17 acres of natural topography, with hiking trails directly to the nature preserve. Kitschy old western town, great for movie set, photo shoots or just some fun. Real saloon for dinner parties or relaxing with friends. Charming chapel with working bell. And just off the paved road, yet ideally positioned to give a sense of privacy and remoteness. Walking distance to Pioneertown and Pappy & Harriets. Main House - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (master is en-suite). The two twin beds in one bedroom can be arranged as a king bed; just let us know your preference. Green Casita Room - 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite bathroom Yellow Casita Room - 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite bathroom Train - 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite bathroom You will always have access to the chapel and the saloon. You will need transportation since, but we do have Taxis and Ubers as well. ◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Fenced yard: Not fully fenced Outdoor Surveillance: One camera facing driveway. Another facing front door entry. none inside, none in the backyard Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads but capable of low riding cars Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. -Cowboy Tub Availability- The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. ◦ GUIDED MEDITATION / HYPNOTHERAPY Enjoy a relaxing guided meditation or a healing hypnotherapy session full of self-discovery with renowned hypnotherapist, spiritual teacher, author, and founder of Desert Reset retreat, Cynthia Morgan. ◦ STAR TOUR If you would like a better view of the night sky there is a company called Sky Watcher that offers a “Star Tour". ◦ MASSAGE For convenience, privacy, and relaxation, guests can request an in-house massage with Ryan Mussen of Mojave Massage. Book a neuromuscular therapeutic deep tissue massage, sports massage, swedish relaxation massage, or even a sound meditation session. ◦ PRIVATE SOUND BATH Ryan Mussen also does amazing private in-home sound baths. ◦ YOGA INSTRUCTOR If you are interested in having a yoga instructor teach private classes at the house please contact us for referrals. ◦ PAPPY & HARRIET'S If you plan to have dinner at Pappy & Harriet’s, we strongly recommend making an advance reservation. ◦ PHOTOSHOOTS If you're interested in having a photoshoot please let us know.
