The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and keep a safe distance. Always supervise children and pets outdoors.

There is a front-facing exterior camera monitoring the driveway for safety and occupancy verification. There are no cameras facing private areas or inside the home.
-Neighboring Properties-
Please note that while the property sits on 2.5 acres of private land, neighboring parcels are independently owned. From time to time, you may see activity or visitors on nearby land, which is outside of our control. These areas are not part of our property and do not impact your stay or access to amenities. We aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable experience for all guests, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the natural surroundings and neighboring land use.

Wow! What a great place in a brilliant setting! The property is modern and cool, the pool and hot tub were clean and a great way to break from the heat/finish the day, really peaceful in the evening with an amazing sunset, and a great time in Pioneertown as well. 5 stars!
The literally perfect place. Amazing town and the best place to enjoy it
This is the perfect property for a meditative retreat. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful mountain views on all sides. The local wildlife is undisturbed by this property - you will see all kinds of cool animals here, which is absolutely part of the charm. We saw jackrabbits, quail, hummingbirds, bats at night (so cool), and even a coyote one morning (who kept his distance). The sunrises, sunsets, and starry night skies are truly a spectacle to behold. The house and guest house are clean and well-maintained with comfy beds and awesome amenities (cowboy pool, hot tub, outdoor bath and showers, easy to use fire pits and a grill). Host was excellent, providing clear instructions throughout and responding quickly. The property is walkable to Pioneertown, or a very short drive. We had an amazing time at this property, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway.
