Salty Dog Lodge is a thoughtfully designed family cabin that combines warm natural textures, soaring ceilings, and spacious gathering areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for groups. Large windows invite natural light inside while showcasing the surrounding forest scenery. The home's open-concept design encourages connection, whether you're preparing meals together, enjoying game nights in the loft, or relaxing by the fireplace after a day of adventure. The outdoor spaces at Salty Dog Lodge are designed for relaxation and quality time together. Unwind in the private hot tub beneath the stars, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and storytelling, or enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings from one of the covered patios. Children will love the outdoor playhouse, while adults can settle into comfortable seating areas and take in Oklahoma's colorful sunset skies. The property offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the natural beauty that makes Broken Bow such a beloved destination.

-Living Area-
The living room serves as the heart of the cabin, offering a spacious and inviting setting for gathering with family and friends. Comfortable seating surrounds large windows that frame views of the surrounding landscape, creating a bright and welcoming environment throughout the day. In the evenings, guests can enjoy movie nights on the television, share stories together, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The upstairs loft adds an additional entertainment space with a pool table and sleeper sofa, making it a favorite gathering spot for friendly competition and family fun.

-Kitchen & Dining-
The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils needed for your stay, it serves as a natural gathering place for the group. The large dining table comfortably accommodates shared meals, while the adjacent bar seating provides additional space for casual breakfasts, snacks, or conversation. Whether you're preparing a holiday feast or a quick breakfast before heading to Broken Bow Lake, the kitchen and dining areas are well suited for bringing everyone together.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Salty Dog Lodge comfortably accommodates larger groups with four private bedrooms, each featuring king beds and its own ensuite bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, with comfortable furnishings and a private bathroom providing extra privacy for guests. The upstairs loft includes a sleeper sofa that offers additional sleeping accommodations. The four ensuite bathrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for every guest, helping eliminate morning wait times and creating a more relaxing experience for larger groups.

Broken Bow is one of Oklahoma's premier outdoor destinations, known for its towering pine forests, crystal-clear lakes, and endless opportunities for recreation. Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or exploring the scenic shoreline of Broken Bow Lake. Nearby Beavers Bend State Park offers beautiful trails, wildlife viewing, and family-friendly outdoor adventures. Downtown Broken Bow features local restaurants, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, and boutiques, creating the perfect balance between outdoor adventure and small-town charm. Whether you're seeking relaxation, family fun, or outdoor exploration, the area offers something for every type of traveler.

-Entry-
A keypad is located at the front door for simple keyless entry. Your personalized access code will be provided approximately three days before arrival.

-Amenities-
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!

-Fireplace-
The living room fireplace is temporarily unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

-Kitchen-
Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

-Hot Tub Information-
To protect your health and safety, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the hot tub, all guests must shower before and after use. Please rinse feet, lotions, oils, and sunscreen before entering the hot tub. This helps maintain water quality and ensures an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Please note the following hot tub rules:
► No pets allowed in the hot tub
► No drinking in or near the hot tub
► Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover
► Children must be supervised at all times
► Keep the cover on while not using the hot tub - this keeps the hot tub hot! Leaving the cover off for extended periods of time will result in hours of time needed to reheat it.
► Do not add hot water from the stove or any other source

Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after servicing, as chemical levels may be temporarily elevated. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the hot tub is left excessively dirty due to failure to follow these guidelines.

-House Rules-
► Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and neighbors. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
► Unauthorized late check-outs extending beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.
► Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on destination.

-Pet Policy-
We welcome prescreened dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet.
► Cats are not permitted due to the homeowner's severe allergy.
► Pets must be house-trained and flea-free before arrival.
► Pets may not be left unattended unless safely crated.
► Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas.
► Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds unless guests bring their own protective covers.
► Excessive barking or noise must be avoided out of respect for neighbors.
► Any pet-related damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements will result in additional charges.
► Guests must ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighboring properties.

-Security Cameras-
Exterior security cameras are located on the outside of the property and monitor vehicle arrivals and occupancy. There are no cameras facing private areas of the home, including the hot tub or any interior spaces.

-Damage Waiver Policy-
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
