PARKING: The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Feel free to open the gates to let your car inside the fenced area. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. To enhance the experience, adding sauna bowls with water can help improve the heat. -Cowboy Tub Availability- The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. • We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area.
