A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
INTERNET:
The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

Outdoor Surveillance: One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard.
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!
◦ Sauna *
During the winter months, the sauna temperature may not get as hot as it would in warmer weather. The cold temperatures can affect its heating. To enhance the experience, adding sauna bowls with water can help improve the heat.
◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub
• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We booked last-minute and had an absolutely perfect stay! The place is incredibly stylish, spacious, and the hot tub was an absolute dream. The communication with the host was excellent. We would love to come back anytime!
Me encanto el lugar, sinceramente es un lugar bonito para desconectarte y pasar un rato disfrutando del paisaje y cielo despejado, sinceramente fue un lugar mágico donde pasamos unos dias relajantes con mi esposo e hijos sinceramente lo recomiendo. Lo único que si no me agrado fue la cowboy pool ya que estaba muy sucia color verde mohoso pensé que seria por lo que estaba destapada pero igual fue el chico que hace mantenimiento en los dias que estuvimos hospedador y sinceramente la dejo prácticamente igual, pero de igual manera no se uso ya que disfrutamos los dias estando en el jacuzzi y prácticamente no afecto la estadía en nada. Así que si pregunta si recomendamos el lugar, diría que si ampliamente.
Location was easy to get to. Spacious living room and rooms. Third room is outside. Sauna, pool, and hot tub were fun. Big backyard.
