THE SPACE:
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
King Room - Our Master bedroom is complete with a king sized bed, with views of the closest mountain and boulders. Ensuite bathroom includes a double sink, standing shower, as well as Shampoo and conditioner.

Queen Room - The queen bedroom is situated with views of the backyard including sunset skies! The room has a walk in closet and right outside the door is the communal bathroom.

Two Full Room - Last but not least is our double full bedroom. With two full size beds, mountain views, and closet this is the perfect bedroom for the family!

You will have access to a full private access to the entire home, garage, and outdoor areas during their stay. Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own desert retreat — no shared spaces here!

• A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 1 day before arrival.

KITCHEN:

• Fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

SECURITY CAMERAS:

• Doorbell Camera. Recording 24/7 during and after all reservations.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Supply Closet is not accessible for guests.

PET:

• Allowed for a charge of $100 per pet
  -We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB, COWBOY POOL:
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.

• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please heat the hot tub with cover on.
• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
•Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

• Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

• Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

• Late Check Out: Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
