To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using the pool. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.

✦ NO Party
Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

Any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

◦ Damage Waiver Policy
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver

It has two cowboy TUBS, one of them leaks so much it's unusable. I specifically searched in the filters for a pool and this place came up b/c the listing says it has a pool.  A cowboy pool is very different than a tub. I mean are we calling bathtubs indoor pools now?  2. Cleanliness: The living room furniture and carpet are very stained. The outdoor paved patio and furniture were also covered in thick amounts of dirt. I cleaned the area b/c I wanted to use it.  

The kitchen is super organized, well stocked, and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels were provided and I love that they provide blankets to use outside.  It was mostly quiet with the exception of the neighbor's frequently barking dog- which could happen anywhere. The area is super close to JT park and town. Overall, I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay." (8/5)
