No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

Me and the Family really enjoy our stay there. It was close enough if we wanted to go into downtown and grab coffee, food or store run but far enough to get a quiet, peace and nature feel. Place was really really nice and clean and stocked for convenience. We will be back!!
