Stay in this mid-century modern completed in January 2019. Mojave Rosa combines rustic reclaimed desert vibes with modern style. A perfect getaway from hectic city life but with the modern-day conveniences you need and expect to relax.
Situated on 2.5 acres it is conveniently centrally located to everything you'd want to visit in the Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley area.
Need to get away and finish that screenplay, presentation or project? Use our wifi and get to work! Romantic getaway? Listen to music outside while you make a meal in our modern kitchen, watch the sunset by the firepit with some wine, then Netflix n' chill. Just want to relax by yourself? Have a cold beer, doze on the swing, then sit in the hot tub and gaze at the stars.

You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available.
◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: dirt roads but capable of low riding cars.
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Outdoor Surveillance: Located in front of house
Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage
Just a heads up the fireplace on the side patio is currently out of service.
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour
◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
- Pet Fee is $100 per pet
- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
- Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

We had an amazing stay at this Yucca Valley Airbnb! The patio was definitely one of our favorite spots it was peaceful, spacious, and had incredible desert views, especially during sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was top tier, fully stocked, and made cooking together so easy. The jacuzzi was the highlight of our nights relaxing in the warm water while watching the stars was such an unforgettable experience. The host was also very attentive and responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The home was clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yucca Valley!
My family came to visit me from Korea, and I wanted them to experience the unique beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Joshua Tree, so I chose this place. The moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. My mom especially loved the breathtaking view through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and we spent so much time just sitting and taking in the scenery. The hot tub was spacious enough for our family to enjoy together, making our evenings even more special. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories.
The home and property were beautiful! It was a short getaway but every moment was one my family will remember. The beds were very comfy and you can't beat that sunrise over the hills in the morning. We will be back.
