We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. Pets Pets are allowed at the property fee per pet $100. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed.
