The initial charge for the first day is $400, and for each following day, the fee is $150. The Jacuzzi is heated for the guest for free.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you before arrival.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The whole 2.5 acres are fully fenced and features an in-ground pool, in-ground jacuzzi, propane fire pit, sauna, and tanning chairs.
There is another area for yoga with a view, outdoor tub, outdoor shower, and more!
We wanted to inform you that due to high winds in the area, we will not have pool umbrellas available during your stay. Unfortunately, the windy conditions can easily damage them, and we prioritize your safety and comfort.
We wanted to inform you that the outdoor mini fridge has been removed. However, our indoor fridge is fully available for your use! It’s perfect for storing food and keeping your beverages cool.
AMENITIES:
Towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!
PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 10 vehicles. Please open the gate and park inside the fenced area, as the road area belongs to the neighbor.
INTERNET:
The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ RULES:
- Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- No external speakers allowed.
- Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ RESTRICTED AREAS:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ HOT TUB & POOL
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL
To turn on and turn off the hot tub, please communicate through Airbnb message. Please note that we need to have the hot tub requested within 2 hours of use in order to conserve propane. We want to ensure that the hot tub is available for all guests to use, and conserving propane is an important part of that.
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!
◦ PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEO:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

Pets are allowed for a charge of $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
SECURITY:
One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or in the backyard.
- Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
- Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing weekend. Everyone in our group loved it. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the stars at night made the evenings feel so peaceful and special. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We sent our workers and owner out to Hotel California while we were doing work on the Morongo reservation. The place was as advertised. We loved that it was fenced in so we could park the work trucks inside and they were protected. The pool and the hot tub offered great relief for the guys as they could cool off and soak their bones after a hard days work. Although it was off the beaten path, having food delivered was no issue. They were also able to head to the grocery store and barbecue several nights out of the week. Overall, they had a great stay, and loved it so much we booked it for the following week as well. Highly recommend this place. If you’re looking for somewhere private, to unwind and get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, Hotel California is for you. My husband and I are considering booking it for a little getaway for ourselves… that’s how much they liked it!
