This fee goes directly to propane, which the entire house runs off. Please make a note if you wish to include this in your booking. In the warmer months, additional heating is not necessary. *POOL COVER: Please make sure to close the pool cover whenever the pool is not actively in use. The desert winds blow a lot of dirt into the pool, which will destroy our filtration system and we want to protect out animal neighbors! A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. *GAS USE: While we encourage the use of our outdoor fire feature, please be conservative with gas usage. The feature is operational with a timing system. Please do not extend beyond it. The Haven runs entirely off of a propane tank and we'd hate for you to run out during your stay! *UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Unfortunately, we are unable to host unregistered guests at the haven, and head count should not exceed 4.
