-Outdoor Amenities-
There's no shortage of ways to spend a day at Free Bird, and the pickleball court is a natural place to start. Get a friendly tournament going before the afternoon heats up, then reward yourselves with a dip in the pool. Four loungers invite long afternoons in the sun, while the adjoining hot tub offers a place to unwind after a day of activity. Desert landscaping, sculptural cacti, and distant mountain silhouettes give the fully fenced backyard its distinctly Joshua Tree character.

As the light softens, the covered outdoor lounge becomes the place to gather. Settle into the sectional beside the fireplace, put a game or movie on the outdoor smart TV, or prepare dinner on the BBQ. Later, pull up a chair around the separate propane fire pit for conversation beneath the desert sky. With several inviting places to gather, the backyard feels like an extension of the home rather than simply a place to step outside.

-Living Area-
Inside, the living room brings a more relaxed, intimate atmosphere to the home's contemporary design. A generous cognac leather sofa and thoughtfully chosen accent chairs create a comfortable place to catch up, enjoy a movie on the smart TV, or spend a quiet morning before the day gets started.

A striking fireplace wall, woven pendant lighting, and warm natural textures give the room a polished yet welcoming feel. Large windows bring in the desert light, while sliding doors make the transition to the covered outdoor living area feel effortless.

-Kitchen and Dining-
Free Bird's kitchen pairs rich wood cabinetry with sleek countertops and understated modern finishes. The open layout makes preparing meals feel like part of the gathering, with space to cook while others settle in nearby.

An oversized rustic dining table, surrounded by leather and woven chairs beneath sculptural white pendants, creates a particularly inviting setting for shared meals. Start the morning with a leisurely breakfast before heading outside, or spend the evening cooking together and catching up over dinner. For something more casual, fire up the outdoor BBQ and enjoy the desert air.

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
After a full day of swimming, playing, and exploring, Free Bird's two bedrooms offer a welcome change of pace. Both feature king-size beds, warm neutral palettes, and carefully selected furnishings that bring softness to the home's modern architecture.

One bedroom features elegant brass pendant lighting and sliding glass doors that open directly to the yard, inviting in the morning light. The second pairs its king bed with woven pendant lighting, textured wall art, and a simple clothing rack for a relaxed, uncluttered feel.

The home also has two contemporary bathrooms with sleek finishes and thoughtful details, including vessel sinks, round mirrors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a vanity positioned beside a window overlooking the desert landscape. Clean lines and natural textures carry the home's considered design into these everyday spaces.
