Fox Inn is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bath house overlooking Yucca Valley. With a huge accordion door spanning the entire living/dining area you'll have the best view from every angle.
A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
Note: After booking, guests will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete identity verification, where an optional damage waiver is offered for added protection but is not required.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.
- Pet Fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

This beautiful home is a brand new construction and was finished at the end of the 2021. We built this beautiful home as our family vacation home so everything has been thoroughly thought out. From the comfortable bamboo sheets, dimmers on the lights, a fully stacked kitchen full of professional cooking utensils and so much more. Since the house is situated on top of a mountain, the sunrise in the East every morning is unmatched to anything we have experienced before. Kick off your shoes, unwind, grab a cup of Joshua Tree coffee and enjoy your stay in our beautiful home.

I had such an amazing stay at Fox Inn. It is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed near Joshua Tree National Park. Everything about the experience was wonderful from the moment I arrived. The check in was super easy, and the house was even better than I expected. It’s very spacious and can easily accommodate six people, so it’s perfect for a family or a group of friends. What I loved the most was how private and peaceful it felt. It was so quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views are absolutely stunning. In the evening, seeing the lights along the road toward Palm Springs was one of my favorite moments of the trip. It was beautiful and something I’ll always remember. The house also has so many great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Fox Inn to my friends and family, and I think everyone should experience staying here at least once. I already know I’ll be coming back.
Pros: BEAUTIFUL and perfect location and place to have our mini-honeymoon. It was very home-y yet luxurious, perfectly peaceful, private, felt tucked away from the world like it was our own slice of heaven. The wildlife there was incredible, the views unbeatable, and such a clean, put-together atmosphere. I loved the decor. I was crazy about the overhead speakers throughout the house. We enjoyed playing worship music through-out the property while cooking, getting ready, etc. Overall would come back here and HIGHLY recommend. The hosts were great and quickly responded and very friendly!! 10/10 Cons: the hottub and firepit didn’t work the whole time we were there which was pretty disappointing since we were really looking forward to using those amenities, and my husband spent a lot of time trying to figure both out. Host was willing to have a spa tech come to fix jacuzzi but it seemed to work that afternoon fine only to not work and be cold when we first went to use it that evening.
