The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or in the backyard.
IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL (COWBOY POOL CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.
• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub
• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect , it is just minutes from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and the visitor center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the park. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The game room was an absolute highlight and kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours! We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Joshua Tree. We’d happily stay here again and are already looking forward to planning another trip soon!
Great place, it’s extremely close to Joshua tree and like an hour to Palm Springs.
What a beautiful home to stay with our family. It was easy to find, clean, check in was smooth, and has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only downside was the pool seemed to be dirty upon our arrival. We reached out to our host and although he explained quickly explained debris from outside was sometimes inevitable due to it being outdoors and dirt surrounding the area, it was still disappointing. The hot tub had a cover and was clean and warm so we were able to enjoy that. Thank you so much for everything we hope to be back soon!
