The upstairs master bedroom has a TV, as well as the downstairs master bedroom and the bedroom with the extra bed. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions. ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Pet Fee is $100 per pet * We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy.
