The property can sleep up to 6 guest in 2 different bedrooms. The master bedroom has one queen-sized bed, a private outdoor bathtub, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom that jack-n-jill's off the kitchen.
★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a French press.
You'll need a car, a 4x4 is not necessary though. Rideshares and taxis are available as well.
◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: dirt roads but capable of low riding cars.
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Outdoor Surveillance: There's an outdoor camera in front of garage
Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
Pet Fee is $100 per pet.
We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
Note on Cowboy Pool: The cowboy pool is a seasonal amenity and is closed during the winter months to protect the pipes from freezing and bursting. Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

The place is super safe and elegant; it looks exactly like the Airbnb photos—everything is just like that.
I had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed and probably the most well-stocked Airbnb. The game room and outdoor amenities offered plenty of options for relaxing and having fun without ever leaving the property. The location was also ideal, just 10–15 minutes from Joshua Tree's main attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. The semi private driveway up to the house is a nice touch. One of the favorite parts was the backyard. It was the perfect place to enjoy dinner outdoors, then settle in and watch the sunset.
Unreal views, loved the jacuzzi! Beautiful home. Host was very responsive when we needed anything!
