Combining eastern, western, and modern styles, it features mixed exterior materials that seamlessly blend sophistication and natural beauty. Nestled in a peaceful desert area, it’s perfect for stargazing. The exterior boasts high-grade galvanized steel and stucco, creating a sophisticated, industrial finish. The house boasts a well-thought-out design and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or friends looking to unwind. With 2 spacious bedrooms with extra mattress and 2 modern bathrooms, you'll have all the space you need to relax and enjoy your stay. 🦋 THE HOME: There are a lot of custom-designed pieces inside the house. Please be respectful of the space and the items in the house. Well-Thought-Out Design: Experience a home designed with care and attention to detail 🦋 AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too! Outdoor Pool: Pool heating is available for an additional fee. The rate is $300 for the first night and $250 for each additional night. Jacuzzi Firepit 🦋 ENTRY: A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival. 🦋 PARKING: The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 2 vehicles. 🦋 THE DRIVE: Super simple, flat, and safe road to get to the house! 🦋 INTERNET: The house has reliable high-speed internet, making for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV 🦋 BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King-size bed Bedroom 2: King-size bed Living Room: Extra Mattress In Storage 🦋 KITCHEN: Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils 🦋 IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB: To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using our facilities. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. 🦋 SECURITY: One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property. * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee. 🦋Perfect for Families or friends looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. Pet fee: $100 per pet - We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Pool heating: If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September. Pool Heating rate is $300 for the first night and $250 for each additional night. ◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage Fenced yard: Fully Fenced Property ensuring privacy and security ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding! ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee Damage Waiver Policy Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver
