The courtyard is where Aria really comes to life. Enclosed by crisp white walls and framed by desert landscaping, this outdoor space feels like your own little boutique resort. Spend a sunny afternoon moving between the sparkling pool and a lounger, with plenty of room for friends or family to find their favorite spot.

There's more to enjoy than just the water. A comfortable outdoor seating area invites afternoon conversations, while the BBQ and dining space make it easy to turn a simple meal into a leisurely gathering outside. As the desert air cools, enjoy a soak in the attached hot tub or settle around the fire pit for another round of conversation. With Yucca Valley's rocky hills rising beyond the surrounding neighborhood, the setting brings a distinctly desert character to your time outdoors.

-Living Area-
Inside, Aria's spacious living room is designed for the kind of downtime that makes a vacation feel restorative. Generous, low-slung white sofas offer plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable, whether you're stretching out after a hike, watching a movie, or spending an easy evening together.

A sculptural wood coffee table, woven natural textures, and thoughtfully chosen artwork give the space a warm, contemporary feel. Large windows fill the room with daylight, and the open layout keeps the living area connected to the kitchen. It's a welcoming place to gather without feeling crowded, with enough space for everyone to settle into their own pace.

-Kitchen and Dining-
Aria's kitchen is as inviting as the rest of the home, with warm wood cabinetry, open shelving, sleek countertops, and an oversized island that naturally becomes a gathering place.

Start your morning with coffee at the island's three stools, prepare a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore, or enjoy a night in cooking with friends. The fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals at home, along with modern appliances and plenty of counter space.

Because the kitchen opens directly into the living area, the person cooking never has to miss the conversation. And when the weather is too good to stay inside, take your meal out to the courtyard for an open-air dinner.

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
Aria's three bedrooms continue the home's understated, design-forward aesthetic, offering restful spaces to retreat to after a day in the sun. Low-profile beds, soft neutral linens, warm wood details, and sculptural accents create a calm atmosphere that's comfortable without sacrificing style.

Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third has a queen bed. An additional single bed is located in the living room, offering flexibility for groups traveling together.

With three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom, guests have plenty of space to get ready without feeling rushed. One bathroom is especially inviting, featuring a freestanding soaking tub beneath a window. It's a wonderful place to unwind with a long bath after exploring the trails and landscapes of Joshua Tree.

Whether you're gathering friends for a few days in the desert or planning a relaxed getaway with family, Aria offers the space, comfort, and thoughtful design to make the time spent at home a highlight of the trip.

-Surrounding Area-
Aria is in Yucca Valley, between Joshua Tree village and Pioneertown. Pappy and Harriet's is close by for music and dinner, and La Copine in Flamingo Heights and downtown Joshua Tree are just as easy to reach. The park's West Entrance is there for hiking, climbing and sunsets among the boulders, and the Integratron is within reach too. Come back to the courtyard for a swim and a night by the fire.

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! Please note that a few supply closets stay locked to store rental supplies.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

-House-Specific Rules-

► Please rinse off oils and lotions before entering, keep the cover on when not in use, and no drinking in the hot tub, please.

-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival, as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.

► $250 per day

During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis.
