If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.

Only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, just note that the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats. Once the hot tub is turned back off, the pool heating will resume.

Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.
-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
The pool and hot tub are serviced Mondays and Thursdays, approximately between 9am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.
-Dogs-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

We had a great stay! The pool was perfect and the house layout was great. Easy to locate and fully equipped. Definitely recommend if your looking for a private reset.
Third time back here. This is my go to spot. It's well designed, very clean, EV charger, pool, and hot tub. Good beds and nice sheets. (Awful pillows) - I bring my own anyway! About 5 minute drive on dirt road to get to the place (Rice Ave). 8 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree. Spectacular views of the sky and southern facing views of the National Park from the pool and hot tub. Stargazing is pretty good in this area!
